The sake rice includes three prominent types: Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Gohyakumangoku—some of the most renowned varieties used today.

The bottles are labeled “A,” “B,” “C,” and “?” The “?” bottle contains one of the A, B, or C sakes. Follow the included “Sake Tasting Guide” as you sample each one, and try to guess which sake is in the “?” bottle.
